Shipping & Return Policy

Water Wise Supply Shipping Policy

Please note that Water Wise Supply only ships to the USA, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service for packages over 2 pounds. Smaller orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

We try to ship the same day that an order is received and the normal shipping carrier transit time is between 1 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. 

Returns Policy

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order was damaged in shipment, please save the box and all packing material since UPS may need to inspect the damaged package. Call us as soon as possible at (925) 725-1225 so that we can assist you in filing a claim and replacing your damaged product.

  • All product returns must have Return Authorization. Please email us at sales@waterwisesupply.com 
  • An additional 20% will be deducted for returns without an RA#, with a $5.00 minimum.
  • You will be responsible for return freight.
  • Parts must be damage-free, clean and re-sellable.
  • Timers and other packaged products must be in their original boxes "like new".
  • Money back guarantee if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to products returned from 1 - 3 months after purchase.
  • A 50% restocking fee will apply to products returned from 3 - 6 months after purchase.
  • Parts are not returnable after 6 months.
  • Special orders of non-catalog items will be handled on an individual basis but are not usually returnable.
  • Custom made items and electronic equipment are not returnable.
